jcboeckl: How did you get that kick a$$ menu system? Is that part of Win XP? That looks so sweet.

No, it's not windows xp...it's called a "shell" replacement....there's 2 I can think of right now, window blinds, and LiteStep...which takes alot more tweaking, but can produce some sweet results. Basically, they replace the windows shell (explorer.exe) and that's what allows you to change the appearance of stuff.....looks cool, but hey I don't have time for that stuff anymore lol

Yep you guessed it.

Its called Litestep. Its not too bad to do if your good with computers. Its took alot of editing but there are some sweet features.

Check out litestep.net there are alot of sweet themes you can get once you download it. But be carefull you can render you system unusable if your not carefull, not anything that couldn't be fixed but just might be a PIA if your not carefull.

Remind me not to use programs that aren't meant for XP. I about screwed my shiz up pretty good! Tried to install geoshell and some shell switching program called ShellOn... Uhhh... Didn't work too well Took me a little bit to figure out what I screwed up, but things are back to normal.

Didn't really like geoshell anyways, maybe if I had spent more time.

I'll mess w/ Litestep tomorrow, see what I can make it do.

2) Shortcut arrows
3) Network neighborhood
4) Windows style printer icon (that's the first thing I noticed)
5) Volume control looks very windows-ish

Ooh - you got (almost) all and even one I overlooked! (#4).

AOL, since I'm on AOL 7.0 and the highest version for Mac is still 5.0.
