Well, had to have Project SE tested today. With all the mods to this vehicle, here were the net results.

HC ppm Limit 80, Reading 0.0
CO% Limit 0.45, Reading 0.0
NO ppm Limit 607, Reading 0.0

Suffice to say that it passed with flying colours. The test machine was recently calibrated on Wednesday so the readings were accurate.

Don't you now - you were supposed to start your car BEFORE they tested emmisions :-) Even with all your mods - I'm not surprised, you have a brand new cat (even if it is high flow) plus two manifold cats and a well maintained engine. From data I've seen (errr - not mentioning any names) a well tuned duratec will pass emmisions even with no main cat.
