A while back, I had rotated my tires. While trying to remove one of the rear left nuts, only half of it came out. The other half is still on the lug and I'm unable to get a grip on it. (98 svt) Is there a way to remove this? If I get a flat, I'm screwed so I need help.

So there's not enough of the lug nut left, to get a socket onto it? If not, you'll have to find a way to break the lug nut, most likely with an air-chisel. You'll probably have to replace the stud, if you mess up any of the threads.
