Cool. It would be really nice if you were whipping a corvette or something at the same time.

Or better yet a Dodge Neon SRT4, WRX, or any of the other cars that people drive around thinking "I'm Gods gift to racing..."

something like that.

The next mod I was going to do if I kept my car was figure a way to triangulate the front end to stiffen it up. I also welded plates to the control arms which definately stiffened those up. How about sub frame connectors? Have you done those yet? 16 gauge rectangular steel is what I used. It definately stiffened up the frame. You just may need to stare at the front end for a while until you come up with something brilliant to put the power down.

you may also want to try some tubular control arms with solid mounts, that would definitely help the rigidity.

here's my plan for rigidity.

take the motor out, put it in a go kart, or something ugly and small, like a festiva.

follow a cobra driver home, steal his car, bring it to my garage. weld up tubular steel the length of the car. take the rear suspension out of the cobra, bolt it up to the contour subframe. yank the engine, and wiring. put it into teh contour, however it fits. balsa wood, elmers glue, welding steel in, pop cans, hockey sticks, whatever to make it fit. cut a massive hole in the hood where the ported eaton will stick out, for extra cool points.

bring the cobra back, pulled by the festiva, with a sign that says thanks for the drivetrain, here's a festiva.

spank everyone down on the strip next weekend. lol!

I'll take a 3.0T in a go-kart, thank you!

Scott's car broke it easily. Whomever did it did an ugly job. Not a bad idea though if done correctly.
