They seem to be striped and rusted on and i cant get them off . also the side skirt i cant figure out how to get it off up towards the front of the car. how do you take it off after you get all of the hangers off. btw im doing this all in my drive way. please give me any tips or sugestions

If you don't have a manual you should get one.
The rusted screws are [censored] so cut them off.
Take a Sawz-all and cut the bumper off?
How about a cutting torch and melt the bumper off?

No-of course not!
You might have to cut or heat the screws to get them out?

way easier just to use a dremel and cut the screws. Its all I ever do anymore. Reusing old screws isnt smiley
