I am having no problems getting into and staying in gears but I have alot of play in the shifter. It goes from front of car to back and it roams about an inch or so from center point. I know in my 89 mustang it was easy to do... 1998.5 Silver Frost SVT #4978 of 6535 160,000 miles and still going..
