i baked open my light and one was leaky so there some little stain on the reflective part but im affraid to clean it

do somebody have a technique or i should let it like that ?

what kind of stain? Use a NON concentrated cleaner, and try to rub gently. The CHROME will discolour or rub off if you use too much abrasive rubbing. I recommend using plain water first. If that doesn't work, try a DEGREASE spray like Simple green, that should help and not take away any of the chrome shine. To make the chrome shine again, try using turtle wax f21 or even cleaner wax or a QD spray.
