Anybody that lives on Fuller drive a black SVT with aftermarket wheels? They looked like 17s and were 5-7 spokes. I can't remember what kind they were either. So basically that was the worst description in the history of spottings. This person lives or is over at someone's house about 3 houses down from ours on Fuller Ave.
