Wow! If that was the next VW to hit the road, I'd be on it.

To bad most concepts never make the safety standards as the concept car itself.

I like the all new MX-5 myself. The only thing is you have to swallow the card key to get necessities like leather.

Read again:

"Expect the actual production version of the Scirocco to be very similar to the concept when it appears in late 2008. Volkswagen of America is still looking carefully at this vehicle for the U.S. market, but no decsions have been made yet to offer it in the States."

It's going into production. Availability in the U.S. is under consideration. It will be spiffed up some for this market as things don't match well. Definately needs less indiglo .

Needs less Civic is more like it. Taper the nose and slant the hatch, and now you have potential. That big blunt nose and squared off tail wreck it more than anything.

I was ok with the back end, but you're right, the front needs attention - It just doesn't work does it...
