I haven't had to do it yet. But removing the UIM is not a big deal. The Duratec Maintenance FAQ has a how to for UIM/LIM rebuild with Pictures (Thanks, Ray). Little bit of a tight space to move your fingers around but still doable. It's even easier with the TB out of the way. 4 screws and that will also free up some extra space.
