I'm having problems with my modified air intake so I am trying to go back to the stock setup. I have 98 SVT and I purchased an air intake for it at a junkyard and I don't think it's the right model. It's a large rectangle shaped intake and I thought my car took a cone shaped filter which leads me to believe that this is the wrong one. Can anyone tell me what my intake should look like, and where I could possibly get one?

If it's a large rectangle shaped intake (air filter housing), it is the regular V6. The SVT intake (air filter housing) is cone-shaped.

The air filter is stock, at least . Is that SVT a real conversion to Rear Drive?

Nah, I think the engine was "photo-shopped".

What is in that red SVT? Looks like a V8?
