P0503 Vehicle Speed Sensor intermittent.
check and replace vss if needed
- 95 Mystique LS - Zetec/5spd
- 99 Contour SeVT Sport - Duratec/5spd

My speedo is accurate and everything seems to be fine....

Are you sure? You may not even be noticing it yet. Mine pulled that code but I didn't notice the speedo being wrong for a little while. It only did it when the car was cold. Someone noticed it in the passenger seat and told me but when I looked, it was working fine again. I told them they were crazy.
