Well in the process of rebuilding my suspensino I've found yet anotehr mole hill:

I have the bar pulled out, so the bend is not on the end of the sway bar, but I don't believe it is suppose to look like that. Let me know what you guys think.

ahh crap thats what I figured. Thanks for the pictures to confirm that.

I really didn't plan on spending the cash on buying another sway bar. Oh safe would it be to keep using the same bar until I can afford a new one?

Wouldn't be good I'm sure, maybe even make noise if it's hitting something..

Well I've had the car for 2 years and I haven't been in an accident that would bend the sway bar...So the bar must have been bent like that all this time. The bend isn't horrible to the point where it shows wear from rubbing. Not to mention I've put ~10K on the car with the bar the way it is.

So any Suggestions?

How cheap is cheap? I fount out the the springs werent the only part of the suspension that was shot. I ordered new end links, and I ordered struts. My total is now well over $500. So I'm pretty much out of money and I'll still need to get the car aligned.

Keep in mind that the stock sway bar is has a "hump" for clearance to the gas tank. That's kinda what it looks like I think.

I'll put holes in him!!

Yes actually I that is the "hump" for the gas tank! I check in the classifieds tonight and saw a hump in the aussie bar. And I started searching and from all the pictures I've seen (with the exception of the bat bar) there is suppose to be a hump in the bar.

Hooray!
