Well Friday I received my Trubendz Resonated magnaflow, my K&N RU-3530, made my own heatsheild and polished my headlights.

1. Trubendz exhaust: Shipping was fine nothing poking out of the box. The install went great, took about 2 hours. As for the passenger side rear hanger. The ONLY thing I used was Universal tallpipe hanger from NAPA p/n 732-1009( Napa exhaust hanger ). I ground off the rivit going through the bottom hole of the rubber peice. Then I bolted the hanger to a factory hole in the "Frame rail". Bent the hanger and slipped the rubber peice over the hanger welded to the trubendz exhaust. Worked great, the Tips are lined up and level. I used jack stands and the jack to get the whole exhaust lined up and hanging how I wanted then I secured everything with the provided clamps before I removed the jack stands.
The sound is a little louder than I would have liked but it still sounds good.

As for my heat shield: I used 20g sheetmetal and cut and formed it for the MAF opening and both sides (Battery and Shock tower). The I pop rivited the 3 peices together. I covered them, inside and out, in heatduct insulation from Home Depot. The stuff is self-adhesive and aluminum backed to reflect heat. Then I cut a peice of the insulation to fit the around the shock tower on the bottom. I wrapped all of the edges with 1/2" pipe insulation. And for looks I covered the whole thing with Dupli-color rubber undercoating.

I think everything (exhaust and heatsheild) looks good and will work great. Just wanted to share.

glad the install went smoothly. seems like its either a hit or miss with trubendz.

I agree with the Hit or Miss on the exhaust. I did notice today that the pipe going around the fuel tank then back under the rear axle has a rattle. It is hitting the heatsheild next to the fuel tank, is that too close to the tank? Something I should fix before driving it again?
