I've got an idea what it is but I'd like to see what everyone else thinks:

From a stop, letting out the clutch I get a clicking/popping noise. Seems to happen when using reverse more than when moving forward. Wheels are usually straight, sometimes turned, same deal. Dont notice it when moving, just when starting out from a stop. Can't recall if I can feel anything in the steering wheel or clutch pedal...

Here's some age data on the components:
Tranny with Quiafe and clutch: 43k miles
Reman'd Axles: 43k miles for passenger, 28k for drivers-side
Wheel bearings: 12k Miles
LCA's: 7k Miles

I Have the same problem and I agree also that it is the loose tolerances in the CV Joint. Spend about 40 more dollars and try out the GCK Axles. I have no experience with them but some of the more heavy hitters on the board swear by them. Demon said they are a much more durable product than the Reman's from AudibleZone and O'really's. Maybe some one with some experience can chime in on this subject...
