OP shibbyutman Newbie S Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 5 Toledo, Ohio	I have a pesky check engine light that will not go away. The first one that it was reading was lean bank two code 176 I believe. I fixed the vaccum problem and it went away for a while but now it is back along with another. It is now reading a code 337 EGR Circuit above maximum voltage. Has anybody run into this code or does anybody have an idea as to what would cause this code? The car does have a new oxygen sensor on that bank so I do not believe that to be the cause. Normally EGR codes are DPFE sensor problems and that's an easy swap. 1999 3.0L Cougar: 220fwhp and 200tq 2003 VW Passat W8 with 4 Motion AWD http://www.cardomain.com/ride/300644 PM for intrest in 3L SVT Contours, 3L swaps into your current car, Prepped 3L engines, or anything 3L related.

OP shibbyutman Newbie S Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 5 Toledo, Ohio	I replace the DPFE and EVR valve and I still have the codes. Any other guesses as to why it these codes would reoccur?
