Funny how cars have that nasty habit of breaking down at the worst possible time!
Well, the alternator had officially crapped out last week, and I attacked the problem today using Ray's How-To. Duratecs use all the space available.
Comedy.
And, you may remember that crunching steering problem I was having. Well, I found a piece that was on the strut and stabilizer bar (I think, I need to look at it again) that was supposed to be straight, and that thing was bent, BENT 90 degrees, broken from the strut, which explains the difficulty steering and the eventual popping.
Quick fix for Monday.
