Well I have the engine done, just need to throw in the axles/tires and its good to go. I tried to start the engine just now, and the car won't even turn over. Everything is connected, and all that happens is the ignition relay repeatedly clicks. Anyone have any ideas or encountered the same issue?

After my swap, I had a bunch of grounds and loose plugs that needed to be tightened. I would check ALL of your wiring.
My PATS was not working and, consequently, my car wouldn't start. After being frustrated for a while, I tightened the bolt that goes through the larger wiring plug on the drivers side strut tower, and voila, she starts.
Dude, I just re-read your post and wtf are you starting it for without the axles in? If you don't have the axles in, that means you don't have tranny fluid in your case, which means you will rotate stuff in your tranny dry! Thank goodness your crap wouldn't start!

yea, I'll have to do that...Just to re-check everything (2nd-3rd time for stuff) and make sure everything is connected and tightened. In the meantime, if anyone else has an idea, please share it.
EDIT:
Okay, I found a ground that was not connected. It is connected to the firewall, just to the right of the power steering tank. Anyone know where it runs? It just looks like a block to chassis type of ground wire...

There are a couple of grounds in the area. The one you are describing sounds like the PCM ground. It goes to the main harness.
Re-read my post, you don't want to crank your engine without fluid in the tranny.

If I don't have the clutch engaged ( in other words if the pedal is down the whole time ) Nothing in the tranny should be able to rotate. That was the idea.
Also, I thought the pcm ground wire was the one that connected to the passenger side fender near the PS tank. The one I'm talking about is on the firewall about 6 inches to the right of the PS tank.

Is the ground a flat grey material that is located near the throttle?

The one I was talking about isn't. But now that I remember, I haven't hooked that one up either because I couldn't remember where it went.

I remember a ground that was on the ignition. I dont remember what spot and I am not near my car right now. Did you get the ground that was above the tranny that went to the frame?

You don't need a Spec clutch to have gear rollover.

Say again? Do you mean you don't need the clutch to be engaged for gear rollover? I don't understand how the tranny gears could move at all when the clutch is not engaged...regardless, the axles will be in tomorrow, and the engine will not try to be restarted until I find where 2 of these ground wires go. Hopefully one of them is super important and is the reason why I can't get the engine to turn over.
