Ok heres the deal, to rent the picnic shelter at any of the metro parks its roughly $150(at metro beach) and then $4-6 to park.
So if we where do to do a state park We/I would need $5 per person to pay for the shelter plus food. If this is Decided I would need the money from people who are going to be attending ASAP to reserve the picnic shelter.

I could get there early and reserve it

Cost 100-75 for the Pavillion but free parking.
Not alot of parking but a decent amount and there is always grass to park on.
No cars are allowed between Ann arbor trail and Inkster between 9am-3pm to allow Bike riders to ride in the Street Ill leave this up to you guys.
