I was on my way home from New York City and stopped at a McDonald's in Mystic, CT. There in the back of the parking lot was a silver SVT (E1 wheels). I had gotten out to check it out and as I was walking away, I realized that the owner saw me checking it out. Missing three jack covers and one side skirt was broken. Whoever it was, they definitely saw me looking at the thing and even touching it
