they will work, but will make you run rich and will cause you to lose hp since your pcm is tuned for 16 lb injectors.

You kind of answered that question your self.

You are wanting to ad 19lb (per hour) injectors to a STOCK (untouched) tune for your 2.5, which is calibrated for 16lbs (per hour)

The svt injectors would flow roughly 19% more fuel when commanded to be open for the same pulse width as the 16lb injectors you currently have.

Without tuning your car to NOT dump as much (by adjusting the pulsewidth, etc) you would be pig rich, and lose hp.

The benefit to upgrading injectors is that the larger injectors CAN flow more fuel, WHEN NEEDED (as in, your car can use more than the 16's can provide)

simply upgrading injectors does NOT provide more power. You have to have a NEED for more air, and thus fuel to gain any more power. Without modifying your 2.5 to need more air, and fuel, there is no need to upgrade your injectors. 16lbs/hour are MORE than sufficient for your engines breathing needs.

The cheapest route and smartest would be to buy an xcal2 with a tune to run the injectors...

And as Tourige said, whats the poin of running the SVT injectors, They aren't going to give you any more power.
