hey guys, i am thinking of removing the two rear mufflers (resonators) and putting straight pipes in place with a 4" tip. Does anyone know how loud the sound will become if it will be annoying or not. Just want to make it look better without getting into big expenses. Any info is appreciated. thanks
Tom

It will be very loud. The rear ones are the mufflers, not the resonators. The resonator is the front single one, behind the cat. Removing the front one, the resonator will be much more satisfactory. Actually the common mod is to install a different resonator that flows better as removing it completely causes an annoying drone at freeway speeds.
