well i finally got around to cutting down my shifter.



as you can see its now really short. i also removed the reverse lockout while i had it apart. i say it was about 1-2 hrs of work if that. i should have taken pics along the way for a how to but didnt think of it till afterwards.

wayyyyyy to short, but whatever makes you happy. Good work, notice any difference?

yeah i probably should have cut off about 1 inch less than i did but oh well, i dont mind. as for a difference its deffinatly firmer. since it is the rod shift its not a true short shifter but the throw does still feel a little shorter.

hehe, looks about as short as mine, I did the same thing, probably should've left it an inch longer but its cool the way it is. Rod shift probably helps too, she shifts good
