I got the 3.0 running a while back but haven't posted on here yet. I figured out the PATS issues and ended up having to use a stock ECU which isn't too good since I have 24# injectors and removed secondaries. Needless to say it isn't running perfect. I have to stay on the gas and keep RPMS higher to keep it running. It also throws a backfire every now and again. This engine is richer than Bill Gates. Considering that its a stock ecu with 24# injectors, no butterflies, and full SVT components I'd say its running like it should. It sounds descent at ahigher rpms and I've thought about adjusting the TB screw to open the TB up a little at idle. Maybe that will help.
