Ok, so today (as soon as I get an answer) I'm swapping from the dreaded Redline MTL to the RP Syncromax. Should I flush at all or just drain the best of my ability.. Also Do I need to add the friction modifier? I still have a half bottle left.

TH says it's best to run some ATF for a while (few hundred miles) before switching.
