im not sure if im posting this in the right section ...please move it if you have to ..but anyway
i was wondering what all my fellow ceg modified svt owners 0-60 times are (anything from bolton`s to nitrous to turbos) whats your time?
my ride: 1998 Ford SVT contour Silver
mods: Silver grilles,knauberized,gold calipers,HELLA Optilux Angel Eyes,piaa windsheild wipers....next mods to come within the next month:
SVTF euro wheels,Fuzion ZRI`s 215/40/17,Eibachs

well i dont have times or anything but i would say my svt on the 75 shot would be really slow. its a burnout machine. you need a LSD to launch these things hard anyways. i guess i just wasted your time

I'll be sure to go to my local 0-60 track and let you know. Seriously, this is the worst car to ask about 0-60 times, and for the most part, the only times you are going to get from this thread, will be from a G-tech.

what kind of 60s did demonSVT get? he was N/A on street slicks (probably a nice n/a build) doing mid 13's, gotta be launching nice there.

How about 0-60mph in 3.5 secs with a stock 2.5L ?
Presently I am adding SVT breathing and a Nitrous kit to make things a little more interesting, along with launch & traction control to put more power down. Hopefully this will slash another 0.5 sec off and bring it to below 3 seconds!
Only difference is my car is a mid engine GT and only weighs 700kg. Ok so I cheated

6.6 second 0 to 60... No major mods.

on the same note, what was the stock number for the SVT, ~7.5 or something?
