That's good!
I read the thread where you posted the pictures, before seeing this, and asked if you cut yourself or broke anything. Glad all went well!

yeah, sometimes it's tough deciding where to post threads. (and sometimes it's tough deciding if a thread should stay or be moved!)

Generally if it's got a bunch of pics, then putting it in pics/vids is the best option.

lol don't get all banged up over it, it's no big deal.

I'm gonna go look at that legroom pic again and imagine you banging your head on the dash too.

PITA, isn't it? I pulled mine to clean it. Those damn side panels are a b!tch to get off w/o breaking the plastic clips. The damn screws just spin but don't come out. Looks good though!

Looks good. You are going to need some black floormats though...

What else are you planning on doing to the car? Wheels?

How is she doing?

How about a done photo showing the interior all put back together with the new carpet?

Yeah first time I ever removed them I broke them, I have a replacement set (they r cheap) onhand. This time no breakage, I made sure I got my finger in there and pulled straight out. Not even a crack, finger or plastic tabs.

I like how the gray mats look on top of the black carpet, kinda brings everything out. It's the last photo of the done shot, well could do a better shot I'm sure.

No rims yet, wife is getting on me about the bills But there is some stuff on the way, and a how to video what will be made when doing it...

She is doing good, been driving her 40miles aday to my relocation store (which is 1000times better then the other one) so that worked out. Get to take it up to 50-55, max speed limit is 45 on the roads going there. Got all the bugs out, no revs, throttle hang, or CEL. Even getting much better gas milage then the zetec ATX tour.

I'm not feeling the black carpet with that color interior. Looks awkward. Sorry.

Maybe I missed it somewhere on here, but how come the carpet needed to be replaced in the first place? Doesn't look bad at all from the pictures.

I just steam cleaned the entire carpet on the 2000 SVT today. It was really dirty from the previous owner and looks brand new now. Floor mats look like they just came from the factory now too.
