Sounds easy enough, but I just want to know how dirty my hands are going to get:

Without draining the cooling system, how much spillage am I going to have when I swap out my thermostat?

U remove the 2 bolts. You'll lose a bit. You're going to get punched in the boob by me since you removed the rad to do the front header. And for posting such a simple thing.
