For those that don't frequent the National forums, I've posted a thread about Fall Meet planning
http://www.contour.org/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=nat&Number=1265987&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=7&fpart=&vc=1&PHPSESSID=

Feel free to add your input and pictures from prior fall meets. Most of my pics are on my old computer, and she's hurtin pretty bad these days.

For the past few years, a few of us have been approached about opening our fall meet to people not just in the northeast/new england area.
Of course, sometimes things like this sound like a good idea, but people's schedules don't always agree.
Still, I'd like to see how much interest there is and see if making a weekend out of it this year is doable.

Summer meet is too close to SZ and not everyone would be willing to do that much traveling that close together (except Brapple ). Plus the fall foliage is part of the whole New England experience.

As for a local summer meet though .. all for it! Someone probably needs to volunteer to host it though - don't want to pressure Skunk with his back this year. I'll be living in Boston by then too (i.e. not car friendly).

Hehe, ah that name brings back some painful moments. Anyway, I just have to talk with the wifey and should have a final answer, she drives a chevy z24 caviler so she isn't allowed to be there.. j/k

I'm going to shoot for July 30th. But just give me maybe 2-3 more days for the final answer, I don't see a problem other than weather, and parking, but I'm sure I can figure something out.

because our asses already drove a 16 hour, one way trip once this year, and the foliage in NE is where it's at.
We don't need the Dragon when we've already got the Kancamagus.

I posted because the past few years we were approached about hosting a fall meet.
I haven't been following the Dragon threads to know when that was planned before I made that post.
