Tonight at about 5:00 , I saw a dark green (maybe dark green satin or even Pacific) Gen.1 Contour on rte.724 heading towards Sinking Springs . What sets this car apart ?? The SVT rear bumper , that's what ! It was sportin' a primer-gray CSVT rear bumper , to be exact . I've seen this car before a few times , mostly at the Lower Heidelberg Fire Company (hope that's the right one ) . The car looked lowered & had Ground Control stickers on the rear-side windows .
