I know that it says in the sticky what magnaflows are most popular to use. I am looking for a 3 resonator system, something that will be gruffer and louder than stock, but not annoyingly loud when I get headers. #10435 and #11225.

My friend, Tourige on the board had his system on with stock header and y, it was just too quiet. What would you all do?

Justin

Magnaflow: #10415 will be louder than the longer resonator.

I would love to hear an SVT with Edelbrock #55730s.

Hmmmmm...

I have MSDS headers, optimized y pipe, stock cat, magnaflow res, stock piping and 2 magnaflow mufflers. Sounds absolutely amazing, I wouldnt trade it for the world!

I have heard the Maganflow 10435 resonator on stock SVT exhaust and a Edelbrock muffler as a resonator. Magnaflow sounds good, but IMHO hands down the Edelbrock sounded better.

What would you use as a Resonater then?

Also, the 55730's arnt stainless, and the stainless ones are either center in/out or center in offset out. Which would probably work (offset out)

Resonator - Maganflow round, length of choice
Mufflers - Edelbrock #55730 x2 (Or is it 55740?)

Kind of pricey, but very curious to know what is would sound like.

i would buy a summit glasspack in-place of the resonator as it was way cheaper than a magnaflow . it will be slightly louder 4sur !!! as for replacing the mufflers , you know your options .......
