If you are using Klasse All In One (AIO), I would recommend following it with only with Klasse Sealant Glaze (SG). (Top with carnauba is ok if desired).
I have read some interesting information regarding the "new" AIO not allowing proper bonding with sealants other than SG. I recently spoke to a few people in the industry regarding AIO changing their formula and being less effective.
AIO is not a true paint cleaner, it's an "all in one" - think better/expensive version of NXT for example. The following products are true paint cleaners that are better than Klasse AIO for paint cleaning as they are dedicated/formulated to clean your paint:
- Four Star Ultimate Paint Cleanser
- P21S Gloss Enhancing Paintwork Cleanser
- Sonus Paintwork Cleanser
- Wolfgang PreWax polish Enhancer
- Zaino ZPC

From what I have read, SG is fine. It was mild to begin with and needed no change. AIO was changed to meet VOC standards. Using AIO w/ SG is fine. When using AIO with anything other than SG there are bonding issues.
Old AIO - beige/tan color
New AIO - white
I've used the old AIO and I was more impressed with it than the new AIO.
You wont find much if any info on this on a major detailing forum because of politics (Klasse distributors having heavy influence on the forums). I have seen threads locked, deleted and people banned.  Why Klasse continues to insist they haven't changed AIO, I don't know.

I have a bottle of the old AIO I better using it sparingly.
If I use AIO then the SG, can I then apply a coat of wax without bonding issues?

Yes  Its a pretty well known rule of thumb that if your lookin' to add depth to your paint, you "top" it with your choice of quality caranuba over the Klasse SG (Pinnacle products, S100/P21S for instance)
I too have a bottle of the old stuff and really don't use it unless I'm doing a full detail on someones car and as far as my own car goes, well, I only need to do a full detail about twice a year as I layer the hell out of the paint with SG

my question was more about if the new AIO was used then SG will there be the bonding issues that people have been experiencing when SG was not used first.

It appears theres NO bonding issues with the new AIO and SG, they still work well together...thank God
