It about a 20min drive to work. I'm starting to shake. I have a million things going threw my head. I already know the store manager twisted the story to make me look like some unprofessional jack-ass that flew off the handle for no reason. I'm worried.

Can you retell the story that's behind all this? It was mentioned in some thread in some forum but I can't recall where.

Man... Back at work for about a week, Drive up the road to the next store to grab about 800lb worth of ice that I managed to fit into the contour. Come back, get called up stairs, and I'm suspended after telling the man to F off.
Because the only thing he could find to get on me about was sweeping under a shelf, that is in a freezer, that is in the back, that isn't seen by anyone....

The job pays me 18 an hour, 40hours a week, full beni. but the people I have to work for make it alot harder than what it should be, that and I'm better than that job Wish I could start working on cars

Well, if I were your manager and you told me to eff off, I probably would have fired you on the spot.

There are two sides to any story I guess. Doesn't seem like a fun job anyway. Time for something new methinks...

It something I regret doing, loosing my cool. Really I didn't call him a F'n moron until after he told me to leave. He told me to leave because I crumpled up the paper he handed me and tossed it, and was using colorful words while trying to explain why I didn't get a chance to sweep, and that I wasn't ignoring him. It just got really out of control. I should of just took it, told him I didn't agree and called the union.

The second meeting was today... I thought it was over the way the guy was talking from personel. But the store manager knew I didn't mean any of it, and stuck up for me. I was told that I'm still employed with the company in my current position (they could of busted me down to part time loosing hours and pay) but can't work in that store, I'm transfered further away, and then they will decide where to place me after... I'm sssooooo lucky to have a job there still. What I did was uncalled for and nothing can justify what I did.

I put in eff off at the time, I was worked up, really called him a F'n moron... He stuck up for me saying I muttered it, not yell it out like I did so the whole store could here.... I owe him. Infact I just got off the phone with him, he said "I wish I did something different, I'm sorry" I told him "I was the one who brought this on myself" He told me everyone in the meeting knew I was speaking from my heart, and that is why I'm still there.
