From what you've done, it looks good...pulling the carpet seems like a chore; try denatured alcohol, scrub it in with a towel - works wonders...

Amazing Pete!
I knew it wouldn't be long until you worked your magic on that car.

Nice job Pete. Should have let you detailed the Toyota I bought. It's in worse condition than that Mystique.

The clear coat missing in spots and a buttload of rust in alot of other spots.

Try Klassee AIO with some NXT....(I know, I know)
After several coats of NXT in a few month time span, I decided to go a different route.

I wasnt traveling with the Klasse twins so Phil and I picked up some Meguires #7 and #20. After a claybar, #7 then #20 I busted out the can of S100 I bought at Spring Zing....

Wow....It even beads water now. I wish I had the pics o show here at work...

All products were purchased online with the exception of the Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Cleaner Wax which I purchased from a Pep Boys last year. Don't see it on their shelves anymore though.

Nice shine, I love when people do one side of the car just to show off how it looks after.

Nothing wrong with NXT as long as you reapply every week or two.

The paper clip holds up. It's the regular fuses that keep going.

Interior will probably come this weekend.

Took out the seats and pulled the carpet. I figured if the carpet was this dirty, the floor underneath had to be pretty bad.

Before:

After:

And the 2 gallons of fluid that got squeezed out of there :

Interior Stage 2 coming - it's been way too humid and raining the last week to tackle the carpet.

Great job with the cleanup, Pete.

It's pathetic how some people treat their cars
