I believe the exhaust manifolds are the same on all Zetecs, just different where they connect to the cats (flanges).

notice i didnt mention the gasket as i am aware that its the same one. i simply stated that the intercooler plumbing might have to be modified if a kit even exists.

Are you really trying to imply that that having the same "gasket" will imply a turbo will fit? Or was I translating your South Americanese wrong?

It doesn't mean anything.

The Focus exhaust manifold is very different from the contour manifold. They do have the same bolt pattern so technically, you could use one, but I wouldn't. My dad has a Focus and I've seen both our gaskets and the Cougar/Contour gasket is 3 times thicker than his. It just looks more solid.

Also while you could bolt a turbo to a Focus manifold, I'd be tough because the Focus doesn't have a front engine mount near the radiator so getting the turbo inlet pipes to clear it would be tough. If you could get the Focus manifold to work, then I'd use that gasket. Otherwise stick with the gasket for your car.

if your looking to get a manifold done check out these guys. the ZX2 one should work just fine and then you can get whatever turbo flange you want and can locate it wherever you want on the manifold.

JGS click on the header kitsw link. pretty good prices too.

GUDE Makes A Kit For the ZX2 And I Believe Tom's Turbos Does As Well. Tom's In N.C. If I Remember Correctly.

Use a kit for a focus and just modify the FMIC piping. A vortech FMU will work for the fuel enrichment if you have a return style fuel system. I am sure there might be some small mods to everything that will have to happen, but The ZETEC engine is the SAME from a mounting a turbo to it standpoint.
