There really arent any "Bolt on" per say headers avliable for the silver top zetec, but you arent out of luck. If you go on ebay and find some headers for a 99+ cougar with the Zetec they will go on with minimal modifcation, but what are these "Pulleys" you speak of? There are A LOT of pulleys on the side of the zetec, are you speaking of the timing belt assembly? or the Serpentine belt assembly?

If you're talkin' about under-drive pulley for the crank, they can be had on ... Ebay for about $65 delivered. Just find one for the 4 cylinder Cougar & you're golden.

Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.
