What exactly did you do now? A detailed step by step procedure would help. Thanks.

You caused the limp mode to kick in. It will run a bit rich so you better find out what's really wrong.

unplugging the O2 sensor lets the PCM NOT see what you are doing right then.. it can't make its decisions based on DATA so it defaults to a base set of tables, which is PIG RICH..
find the REAL problem.

That will likely be a waste of money, or at least, an unnecessary expense.

just do this buy 2 new o2 sensors and get mil eliminators for the ones after the pre cats. it wont give a cel when the pre cats go bad but you will know when the rubber tubes that go to the dpfe melt and melt the dpfe with it.

The PCM takes time to run through the OBD II cycle. It won't show a CEL until it goes through the whole cycle. You did not have enough info to determine that it was the O2 sensors which was causing the fault. Definitely not the lower Bank 1 and lower Bank 2 sensor (which is why Projectsho89 said you would be wasting your money).
Incidentally, why did you replace the lower O2 sensors when you planned on installing mileliminators?
Edit. Differential Pressure Feedback EGR.
