Not sure if this is an issue or not. When my tour's air conditioning is on their is a belt wine. When the air is turned off it goes away. It's not quiet or obsessively loud. I can't hear it when I'm in the car but others had told me they can hear it. The air works fine. I'm thinking its just putting a little strain on the belt.

Did you open the hood to try and determine the source? It could be the belt, tensioner, a/c compressor, alternator, or Power Steering pump.

Yes. It looked like the belt was kind of vibrating a little. It's been doing this since I got the car last year.
