brothers car finally has a base tune to break it in. 550 rwhp @ 11 psi on a mustang dyno (which read much lower than dynojets). he has pullies for up to 20 psi, and the engine is built for it. 
02 Mustang GT... Tuned by Nelsons. Low 12's, anyone?

needs more fuel. he has to upgrade all of his fuel lines, fuel rails, and pumps before they can wick up the boost.(he's got a cobra tank and pump setup right now)
650+ rwhp shouldn't be a problem. (thats @ 800 crank hp, btw... )
