My last Dyno run was 142hp 148fpt A/F 10, Today 149.5hp 153fpt A/F 11. The difference a repaired IMRC, a new Bank 1 O2, new IAC. Next up the SVT ECM and 19lb. injectors.

save your money and get a dyno tune. You certainly arent going to max out your 16 lb injectors and svt pcm tune is far from perfect. Almost everyone that dynoed at SZ 05/06 that had an svt without a tune pegged the afr at 10:1. Get the most out of your money and get a chip/reflash.

Were there that many AFR's around 10:1? mine hovered from 14 then dropped to 12 straight across in the upper RPMS

I know there were a ton from SZ 05. Just about everyone that didnt have a tune, just plummeted and pegged the afr. I didnt pay to much attention this year but I know i saw a few.

Mine is pegged at 12:1 from 5500 to redline, according to my SZ '05 dyno.

That is about where you want to be.

mine pegged 10:1 at about 3k rpm before, this year with the SVT LIM and UIM and TB it was about 12:1 til about 5k rpm then it dropped off. Next is headers and a tune


I thought about the SVT PCM also after seeing what it could do but in the end it is going to be alot more hassle to do unless you have a early 98 with external pats, unless you can get the keys that go with the pcm also

go for a tune

I have an early 98, and the ECM is the right one for my car so I'm going to give it a try. If it works it works if it don't I'll get a tune after the other mods are done.
