Belle Tire can straight bent wheels, fix cracked wheels, etc. etc. As long as it's not too rediculous, it can be done. I have no idea on pricing though, you would have to call. I just know we're going to start telling more people about this service. Aparently we've offered it for years, and even I just heard about it a month or two ago.
