OP ninja Newbie N Joined: May 2006 Posts: 4 Southern Oregon	Can I put a 1999 Instrument cluster w/tach into 1999 w/o tach and if so is it just a matter of swapping them out? Are the Ford Focus wheels a direct bolt on? Thanks, Ninja A day with out triple digits is like a day without sunshine
