So here is the new set-up I'm going with, some tech. specs included:
Turbo Garrett T3/TO4E Compressor Specs: - T04E housing 3" inlet 2" outlet - 50 trim compressor wheel 49lb/min Turbine Specs: - 76 trim T31 turbine wheel (stage 3)
Fuel 255lph Walbro fuel pump Stage 2 injectors (~56lbs @ 43.5 PSI) On top of the above, I'll have a return line with a fuel pressure regulator so I can up the PSI. The injectors will be flowing as much as they safely can without hurting anything. This is actualy what will be holding me back from any more power. The S2 injectors are as big as you can go without having to get spacers and rewiring the whole thing.
Tuning I'll be tuning with a program called Dtec. In short, it's fairly similar to an Apexi S-AFC. You can tune it for 25%/50%/75%/100% throttle position through 18 different RPM ranges. It montiors quite a bit though. It is capable of keeping track of boost, RPM, knock, injector duty cycle, EGT, and wideband air fuel ratio. The coolest part is that you do all of this on a Game Boy Advance or Game Boy Advance SP. This is the reason I'm going this route over the S-AFC. Once you finish all your settings, you don't have to leave the Game Boy connected...it's simply the medium for changing your settings. I was concerned with having someone steal the S-AFC
Turbonetics Raptor BOV, Tial 38mm wastegate, TurboXS manual boost controller.
For my transmission I'm getting a non-modular ACT clutch. It's supposed to be rated to about 550lb/ft, which I won't come near. I'm also getting the stock Quaife LSD from an '04 SRT, which will be very nice. Torque steer was a pain in the ass without this turbo upgrade...I can't imagine it without an LSD now.
All of the above should equate to about 375/375 for HP and TQ at about 18/19 psi. On street tires I should easily be capable of a mid 12 even if I completely ruin the launch. A low 12 or high 11 would be possible with a decent launch on my drag radials. My trap tims will be around 120 give or take. There are about 10-15 daily driven SRTs in the 10's now, and a handful more will be making it there shortly. With my set-up, if I got the larger injectors and upped the boost, I could get into the 10's, but I would more than likely need slicks instead of drag radials to do it. A lot of the guys are getting some help from the MSD DIS-2 system for the SRT which comes with a 2-step.

Sounds very capable. With slicks I have no doubt that you will be into the 11s!
