I cannot believe I caught a big error on my haynes book. The torque specs on the cradle were wrong view this and tell me what looks wrong. And the torque sequence is exactly the same like 1-8 18lbs, 9-16 30lbs, etc....

but the the numbering is wrong check it out

you know what the sad part my last 2.5 lter build was done like this what a bitth I had 5g in the motor and a stupid manual was wrong. Boy that shows why you must recheck yourslef too.

I have a very detailed thread that you should have found in a search ... search in the 3L forum (go figure) with me as the poster and "TTY" as the search phrase and you will find the thread I'm talking about. In it I break down ALL the bolts needed, their part numbers, torque sequence, etc.
