i cant find stereo info/help on mustang forums like i can on here
i am installing a complete system. i am ripping out the Bose system and installing new radio, amps, wires, etc...
it was tough trying to find a wiring harness for my car. part of it plugs in, only plug out of three. im thinking of just bypassing the factory harness crap and running direct power to the radio.
my question is.....will this affect the factory alarm system?? i tried to wire my contour radio direct and it wouldnt allow the alarm system to work. i HAD to use the wiring harness. if i can bypass the factory harness and just go direct, i wont have to go out and try to find another stupid harness
any of you installers know?? pleeeease
