OP JustStock CEG\'er J Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 275	Well i am so pleased with my torsen t-2,fidanza flywheel, spec stage 2 and udp. i wish i could floor it. this is going to be the hardest 450 miles ever in my life "no WOT" i just dont understand why if it's gripping why would it slip under wot? it's not a new motor! even new cars if you floor it it doesn't slip. i under stand it's gotta seat but after 150 miles city it should be seated. just my lack of knowlage i guess. but everything is great... will be dyno tuning next wed's at MD Motorsports again with 75 shot of juice,also will make a vid of it too for the misbelievers.

AliasJerk�?� Addicted CEG\'er A Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 5,143 Ypsilanti, Mi	yeah, 450 miles of break in is required because you have to let everything sit into place. the Pressure plate needs to have a lightly worn in lineing from regular driving for the best life... sure, you probably could WOT right now... but I bet your clutch will last about 1/4 as long as it should. New cars are different, because car companies like to sell people a car that is ready to go. People dont want to have to buy a new car and have the salesman say "BTW, dont floor it, you could wreck the engine/transmission..."
