Has anybody bought these mil eliminators off ebay? They are only $8 dollars and I think I remeber a guy on CEG saying he bought mils off ebay for $8... Anways, here is the ebay link.

Ebay Mils

And here is the guys website that you can order them from...

The guys website for the Mils

I am assuming they will work, I just would hate to waste time waiting for them to come in, installing them, and then finding out they don't work. He said something interesting on his ebay post... "These are the only Mil eliminators on the market that uses only 1 wire on the o2 sensor to splice them in." Would it still work if you only splice each one into 1 wire?? Any advice?

Thanks Guys.

Jeff

He has great feed back. They look identical to me to this.

They still have to be soldered in.

Thanks for your advice, but those have 2 wires on each mil eliminator and the ones I found for $8 only have 1 wire. I am confused because if only 1 wire is needed for each mil eliminator, then how come all the other companies use 2 wires for each mil???

you need 2 wires. trust me.

i've got the schematics for one at home if you don't mind waiting until the end of the day.

i think it's 1 microfarad capacitor and 1 megaohm resistor and 2 wires. let me see if i can draw it here from memory

-----|----/\/\/\-------white wire
cap> _
cap> |
-----|-----------------black wire

the /\/\/\ is the resistor and _ is the capacitor, and the o2 sensor would be on the right side of the wiring, splicing in between the sensor and the harness.

don't quote me on any of that...

i'd definitely wait til i got home so i can at least double-check it, but i'm pretty sure that's right.

Oops! Sorry Ken. I didn't know you would want to do that and so I just ordered them. Oh well.

Will you install them? I am sure it is easy, but I don't feel like dealing with it. I can come to your place!?!?

Thanks,

Jeff
