Finished up doing some maintenance to the car which included an UIM/LIM cleaning, once I got everything put back together I realized that I have a plug with no home. It can be seen in the picture below - grey plug with the brown and green wires going into it.

This plug is off of the same part of the wiring harness as the EGR plug but there is just nothing I can see that it plugs into. I thought it might be why my radiator fans are continuously on, but I cannot for the life of me see where it would plug in anywhere near the coolant system. I unfortunately don't have a wiring diagram or even a haynes manual to help me out.

Thanks.

Nope, both wrong, that is for one of the Coolant Temp sensors in the crossover tube between the heads.

This would make sense why my fans are always on. I will tear the filter and TB off tonight and see if I can find where this is. I did notice one temp sensor (orange in color) plugged in around the same area hopefully there is another obvious sensor.

Stazi was right, it was the temp sensor hidden right behind the secondary cables. (it is the grey plug that can be seen below) For furture reference this is the connector that shares the same part of the wiring harness as the EGR.

Thanks for your help.

Oh, mine looked like a little screw that you just push a cap on, until I got autometer
