I saw black E0 SVT with Michigan plates running around the college I go to and was just wondering if it was anyone on here? It was spotted on Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) campus. It had tinted tail lights and rear reflector and tinted windows, but other then that I don't know if it has any other mods. Anybody?

Last I checked neither the E or W G. Lakes has a PA in it.

Re-read the post. I said I saw the car in PA (Pennsylvania), but it had Michigan plates on it.
