So a friend of miine has a 2002 Pontiac Trans Am and he is getting a new K&N kit for it that comes with a high pressure air pump. He wants to try putting his old air pump on my car.
Background:
The pump is electric and blows air directly into the intake right after the air filter. It has its own filter... same filter as the breather aftermarket filter... suggestions?

I don't know if its an elec S/C, I think it actually comes on the car standard and they sell the upgraded version of it.

Ask Brad Noon about an electric super charger. Beat all the SVT's at SZ a few years ago in his SE. They do work.

No doubt they "work" But its essentially a fan blowing small amounts of air in the car. Its like bolting up a blow dryer to your car and calling it a supercharger (when by definition it is)

Then again some SEs have been known to beat SVTs anyway. These electronic superchargers have talked about before.

you guys see the one post were they guy hooks up a leaf blower to his intake while on a dyno and gained like 10 h.p?
